He is a first-year student and also part of the student council. His speed is so fast that it appears as if he’s teleporting.
He isn’t, however, able to entirely control where he comes to a halt while wearing school attire, so he must wear protective gear beneath his uniform to avoid injury.
5. Yusa Kurobane
She is a first-year college student who fronts the band How-Low-Hello as its vocalist. She has the ability to speak to the dead.
She channels her dead older sister Misa, who now and then takes control of her. Her appearance changes when this happens, such as her eye color changing from blue to red.
